About the Chef
Chef Gina D'Orazio Stryker, trained in traditional Italian cuisine in Florence, Italy, began her culinary journey in Challis, Idaho. She gained global recognition as a private chef in Aspen, Colorado, for her expertise in culinary nutrition. Gina founded The Wandering Tables and Gina Cucina, a specialty soup company featured in Whole Foods and Costco. She also advocates against human trafficking and collaborates with corporations for social impact. Her culinary philosophy emphasizes sustainable, farm-to-table ingredients and innovative dishes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and functional medicine.
